Returned to New Zealand via Singapore. My first taste of Asia, I love it.

Joined Thorn Radio, Hastie Avenue, Mangere Bridge, Auckland

25th October: Mum and Dad emigrate to New Zealand.

16th November: Dad died in Middlemore hospital after a short illness, such a shock especially to Mum, in a new country not knowing anyone.
